Supporting Our Local Community
Blaby Dental Practice is proud to be the 2026/27 sponsor of the Under 10’s home kit at Countesthorpe Football Club. Supporting local grassroots sport is something we genuinely value, and we are pleased to play a small role in helping young players build confidence, teamwork, and a lasting enjoyment of the game.
Our involvement continues from the 2025/26 season, when we were honoured to sponsor both the men’s Saturday home kit and the Under 10’s team. It has been incredibly rewarding to support a club that brings so much energy, encouragement, and positivity to the local community.
We are passionate about giving back and proud to support Countesthorpe Football Club as it continues to inspire players of all ages.
Community engagement is central to who we are.
Our team visits local schools and nurseries at least twice each month, delivering free interactive oral health sessions to children. Every child receives a goody bag containing a toothbrush, toothpaste, timer, dental mirror, brushing chart, and a parent information leaflet to help reinforce healthy habits at home.
This education initiative was established by Dr Bhatt ten years ago. Since then, we have expanded the programme — increasing the number of visits, the schools and nurseries we work with, and the sessions we deliver.
We believe it is an invaluable way to give back to the local community and to educate children, carers, and parents about the importance of good oral hygiene. Blaby Dental’s Treatment Coordinators, Catherine and Ellie, now lead many of these sessions, with Dr Bhatt joining school visits whenever his schedule allows.
